Security & Data Protection
How Jevuz safeguards your proprietary master recordings, transcripts, and creative assets with enterprise-grade encryption and strict AI privacy boundaries.
Zero Public AI Model Training
Customer video masters, audio tracks, and transcripts are never fed into public foundation training pools. Your media remains strictly yours.
End-to-End Encryption
All data in transit is protected via modern TLS 1.3 encryption. Media stored at rest is sealed with AES-256 multi-region object encryption.
Ephemeral Transcoding Sandboxes
Video chunking, silence pruning, and face tracking run inside isolated Linux container environments that auto-clean scratch assets upon completion.
Identity & Multi-Factor Auth
Authentication is secured via enterprise-grade identity providers (Clerk) with brute-force defense, passkey compatibility, and encrypted session tokens.
Pipeline Security Architecture
When you paste a video or stream URL or upload a raw MP4 recording, our infrastructure enforces strict isolation barriers:
- Ingest Validation: Files are scanned for corrupt byte streams and MIME-type integrity prior to handoff to workers.
- Scoped LLM Token Delegation: Transcript segments processed by AI inference use private, encrypted endpoints with strict zero-data-retention SLA agreements.
- Time-Limited Signed URLs: Video deliverables and download packages (.ZIP) are served via expiring pre-signed URLs to prevent unauthorized external hotlinking.
