At Jevuz (“we”, “our”, or “us”), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the video files, audio transcripts, and personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used, and secured when you use our autonomous video repurposing platform.

Core Privacy Pledge: We never sell your personal data or uploaded media. Your video content and generated transcripts are never used to train public foundation artificial intelligence models without your explicit prior written consent.

1Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide, optimize, and bill our autonomous video repurposing services:

Account & Identity Data: When you register or sign in (via Clerk or social providers), we collect your email address, name, authentication identifiers, and profile picture.
Media Content & URLs: Raw video and audio recordings you upload (MP4, MOV) or YouTube/web URLs you provide for automated downloading and chunked processing.
Generated Speech Transcripts: Automatic speech-to-text transcripts, word-level timestamps, speaker diarization vectors, and editorial summaries produced during processing.
Billing Information: Payment status and transaction identifiers processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (e.g., Stripe). We do not store raw credit card numbers.
Technical Telemetry: Anonymized browser type, IP address, device telemetry, processing duration, and error diagnostics used to guarantee server reliability and throughput.

2How We Use Your Information

Your media content is processed strictly to execute the video pipeline you requested:

Autonomous Hook Detection

Analyzing speech context with Google Gemini LLMs to isolate high-retention payoff moments.

Acoustic Silence Pruning

Trimming speech dead-air gaps over 0.3s down to snappy 0.18s jump cuts with crossfaded audio.

Face Tracking & 9:16 Cropping

Applying MediaPipe facial detection to keep primary speakers centered in vertical frames.

Deliverable Generation

Rendering Hormozi captions, frame-accurate .SRT files, and DaVinci/Premiere XML timeline packs.

3Media Storage & Retention

Raw source files and rendered video packages are stored on encrypted, access-controlled cloud object storage. When you delete a project from your workspace, all associated video clips, cached audio chunks, transcripts, and timeline XML files are permanently purged from our active storage systems within 7 business days.

4Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Regardless of your physical location, you enjoy full control over your content and personal data:

Right to Access & Export: Download all rendered MP4s, transcripts (.SRT), and metadata at any time.
Right to Deletion (“Right to be Forgotten”): Request full deletion of your account and all associated project data.
Right to Rectification: Edit or correct any user details or profile settings directly in the app.
No Data Brokering: We never sell, rent, or lease personal identifiers or media archives to data brokers.
