Welcome to Jevuz. By accessing or using our website, APIs, or software services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, agency, or creator brand, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity.
1Content Ownership & Commercial Rights
You retain all right, title, and interest (including all copyright and commercial intellectual property rights) in and to all raw video recordings, audio tracks, and transcripts you upload to Jevuz.
All derivative deliverables generated by the Service—including rendered 9:16 vertical MP4s, burned-in subtitles, cover thumbnails, and DaVinci Resolve / Premiere Pro XML project files—belong exclusively to you for unrestricted personal, commercial, or agency distribution.
2Limited License for Autonomous Processing
Solely for the purpose of operating the Service (transcribing audio, calculating curiosity gap scores, cropping faces in 9:16, pruning silence gaps, and rendering output packages), you grant Jevuz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to ingest, transcode, and temporarily store your submitted media files.
3Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to upload, process, or disseminate any media that:
- Infringes upon any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, or moral rights without authorized license.
- Contains unlawful, defamatory, non-consensual sexually explicit, or abusive content.
- Attempts to reverse-engineer our proprietary acoustic silence pruning algorithms or bypass API rate limits.
- Interferes with worker queue performance or introduces malicious scripts, viruses, or exploits.
4Subscriptions, Free Beta & Cancellations
Free Beta: Jevuz provides a free tier with 10 monthly video exports without requiring a payment method.
Paid Tiers (Creator & Pro Agency): Billed in advance on a monthly or annual recurring cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your workspace billing portal. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the conclusion of your current billing period.
5Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jevuz Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or social media distribution impressions resulting from service interruptions or algorithmic changes on third-party platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube).
